Sean Flickinger is an Industrial Designer and product development professional with more than 25 years of experience helping companies and entrepreneurs turn ideas into manufacturable products. Through Bullseye Design Worx, he provides industrial design, 3D CAD development, prototyping support, and guidance through the product development process—from early concepts to production-ready files.

Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Transportation Design from ArtCenter College of Design and is certified as a New Product Development Professional (NPDP) through the Product Development and Management Association.

His career includes developing products for major companies like GT Bicycles, Black&Decker/DeWalt, Ford Motor Company, Husqvarna, Karcher NA, Magpul Industries, Vapor Technologies and REP Fitness.  Over the course of this career, Sean has designed and developed products across consumer, industrial, medical, and fitness markets, gaining firsthand experience with the realities of engineering, manufacturing, and bringing physical products to market.

Today, Sean works with startups, entrepreneurs, and established companies that need experienced product design leadership without building an internal team. His approach combines practical manufacturing knowledge with thoughtful industrial design—helping clients move from idea to production with clarity, efficiency, and confidence.
